✨ AI Document Uploading and Labelling

Saving you time on manually uploading individual documents by allowing bulk uploads of up to 50 documents at one time. Uploads can be made in all main document formats (PDF, Excel, and Word), and our system will even automatically label them for you. The best part? This software has been developed in-house at Keystone, meaning your clients’ data stays secure.

✨ Cloning Cases

You no longer have to waste time uploading the same details again and again when submitting cases for existing clients. Thanks to our case cloning tool, you can clone an existing case which copies over clients details including employment, credit history, and liability, to the new case saving you time and effort when submitting additional cases.

✨ Verification Process

We've streamlined the process for Limited Company applications by adding the ability to automatically verify Limited Company bank details on the Direct Debit Mandate, cutting down on document requests and helping cases progress more smoothly.
